CTS Athletes at the Lausanne Diamond League

In Lausanne, Switzerland 8/26/22 there were four CTS (Colorado Track Stats) athletes entered.

Oliver Hoare the fastest Miler on Colorado Soil (3:56.8) had an off performance for him coming in 12th in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:37.81 after leading late in the race.  He had just run 3:30.12 in winning the Commonweath Games.

Aikaterini Stefanidi came in tied for 5th in the Pole Vault with a height of 14-9.  She is the #3 Colorado Soil Pole Vaulter at 14-11 1/2 in 2015.

Elise Cranny formerly of Niwot HS and running now for the Bowerman TC ran 8:29.95 in the 3000 meters for 6th place.  That time is the #5 All-Time American time in the 3000 meters outdoors.  That time also bettered her already #1 3000 meters for CTS after they get out of a Colorado High School.

In that same race with Cranny was Alicia Monson the #5 CTS Soil Miler (4:37.6), running a fantastic race, was just out leaned at the finish with an 8:26.81!!  That time is the #2 All-Time American in the 3000 meters outdoors!!  Only Mary Decker has run faster (8:25.83) in 1985.  By the way Mary Decker ran for the Buffalos of CU in 1978.
