Former Colorado HS Track Stars Medal at U-20 Championships

At the U20 Championships in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico August 4-6, two former Colorado High School track and field stars scored medals.  Giovanna Meeks formally from Northfield High School and now throwing for Vanderbilt U., won GOLD in the Hammer Throw!!  With a throw of 194-1 on her third attempt wins one for the USA.

In the Triple Jump, Agur Dwol formally from Mullen High School and now jumping for Oklahoma U., won a Bronze medal.  Her jump of 41-10 on here second attempt scored third.  She had a hard series as she had four fouls out of her six attempts.
