CTS Athletes in College XC

As all of you know I mainly just do Track & Field, however this year CTS will highlight some of Cross Country and Road results with CTS Athletes.  With this addition you track fans will see how these Road and XC highlights will lead into the indoor and outdoor CTS Lists improvements or new additions.

Nuttycombe Inv., Madison, WI. (Within the top-30)

Men 8K: Parker Wolfe (Cherry Creek HS) North Carolina U. 6th 23:17.9, Cole Sprout (Valor Christian HS) Stanford U. 7th 23:18.6, Sam Gilman Air Force Academy 10th 23:24.3, Dylan Schubert (Thompson Valley HS) Furman U. 12th 23:25.9, Austin Vancil (Dakota Ridge HS) Colorado U. 22nd 23:29.0, Luke Combs Air Force Academy 29th 23:35.8.  In 23rd place (23:30.7) was Seth Hirsch Colorado U. who when the track season starts might just make the CTS Lists.

Women 6K: Samree Dishon (Niwot HS) New Mexico U. 8th 20:05.9, Emily Covert Colorado U. 29th 20:20.5.  In 5th place (20:02.7) was Bailey Hertenstein Colorado U., Lindsey Peters Air Force Academy 20th (20:15.9), Hallie Hamilton Air force Academy 21st (20:16.2), also this up-coming track season might make the CTS Lists.

Highlander Inv., Riverside, CA.

Men 8K: Awet Beraki (Palmer HS) Adams State U. 1st 23:23.6.

Women 6K: Brianna Robles Adams State U. 3rd 19:54.5.  Regina Mpigachai from Northern Colorado U. won this meet in 19:46.6!!  Look for her to make the CTS track lists this coming 2023 season.
