CTS Women’s Collegiate Athlete of 2024
The Women’s collegiate athletes of the year are as followed.
The #1 pick is Colorado University (Mead HS) Abby Glynn. In a year where there could have been as many as four or five #1’s, Glynn receives the CTS #1. Her 55.31 400-meter hurdles time reels in the CTS #1 Collegiate all-time mark. She also had a CTS #2 400-meter time of 51.77!
The #2 pick is Adams State University Gracie Hyde. Hyde had a wide range of CTS distance ranking marks with a CTS #3 steeple chase mark of 9:28.17, a CTS #3 1500-meter time of 4:06.12, a #5 3000 meter 8:58.33, and a #5 mile 4:30.90. She had also a couple of top 20 CTS marks also in the 800 meters 2:05.17 CTS #17 and a CTS #19 5000 meters 15:43.34. WOW what a 2024 season!
The #3 pick is Colorado State University Mya Lesnar. Lesnar the NCAA Division I Indoor Shot Put Champion, most of the year had her way in the event, with a CTS #1 shot put mark of 62-8! She also a 208-3 hammer throw (208-4 PR CTS #5 mark from 2023).

Colorado University Avery Mcmullen, CTS #1 heptathlon 5913 points, CTS #3 tie 60-meter hurdles, CTS #9 100-meter hurdles 13.38 +2.0w. She had other good marks in the long jump 20-10 +0.8w (20-10 1/2 +1.4w PR CTS #5 2023) and the 200 meters 23.85 +0.8w CTS #23 tie, Colorado University Jada Green, CTS #2 javelin throw 179-9, Colorado State University Maria Kimpson, CTS #3 tie pole vault 13-6 1/2, Colorado State University Michaela Hawkins, CTS #2 discus throw 200-11, CTS #15 hammer throw 196-2, CTS #14 shot put 52-2 1/2, Colorado Mines Hanna Miller, CTS #1 tie pole vault 14-1 1/4, Northern Colorado University Alexia Austin, CTS #10 100 meter hurdles 13.44 +1.6w, CTS #11 tie 60 meter hurdles 8.41, Colorado State University Rocky Mountain HS Gabriella McDonald/morris, CTS#2 shot put 61-2 3/4, 189-10 discus throw (196-0 PR CTS #4 2023), Colorado University Amanda Opp, CTS #2 hammer throw 218-8, Colorado State University Loveland HS Kajsa Borrman, CTS #9 hammer throw 203-7, Colorado University Emma Pollak, CTS #7 400 meters 53.30, CTS #12 400 meters hurdles 58.61, CTS #20 tie 200 meters 23.84, Colorado University Bailey Hertenstein, CTS #2 5000 meters 15:10.98, Colorado University Ella Baran, CTS #3 3000 meters 8:57.67, CTS #9 5000 meters 15:26.66, Colorado University CTS #1 4×400 meter relay 3:30.97 (members, Joy Moorer, Avery Mcmullen, Emma Pollak, Abby Glynn).
