CTS Men’s Collegiate Athlete of 2024

The men’s collegiate athletes of the year are as followed.

The #1 pick is Northern Colorado University Jerome Campbell.  His 13.30 +1.8w in the 110-meter hurdles is the CTS #1 time in that event.  He broke earlier in the season Marcus Walker‘s 13.43 +0.0w from 1970, one of the oldest CTS collegiate records that was on the books!!  He also had a CTS #7 in the 200 meters in 20.71 +0.0w, also a CTS #5 tie in the 100 meters in a 10.30 +0.0w.  He also had a 7.70 60-meter hurdles time and his 7.58 time from 2023 is the CTS #1.

The #2 pick is Adams State University Miguel Coca.  He had two #3 CTS marks in 2024.  One was in the mile with a 3:56.38 and in the 3000 meters 7:44.90.  He also threw in a CTS #7 5000 meters 13:27.00.

The #3 pick is Air Force Academy Texas Tanner.  In the hammer throw he knock out a CTS #1 throw 237-5!!  He is a good thrower not only in the hammer but he also PR ‘ed in the shot put (CTS #13 60-8 3/4) and the discus throw (CTS #11 194-8).
