CTS Men’s Athletes of the Year after Colorado High School
The CTS list of the Track & Field Men’s athletes of the year are the following.
The #1 pick is Parker Wolf (Cherry Creek HS) and now running for North Carolina U. His 13:10.75 5000 meters at the Olympic Trials where he came in 3rd was one of many of his highlights. That moved him to #3 CTS all-time on the after high school list. Others were the 1500 meters 3:36.25 CTS #2, the mile 3:54.17 #1 tie CTS, the 3000 meters in 7:37.41 #2 CTS.
The #2 pick goes to Yasin Sado (Gateway HS) and was running for Virginia U. His 8:17.39 Steeple Chase put him at the top of the CTS after high school list in that event. He also knocked down a CTS #4 mile 3:55.93 and added a 13:31.87 5000 meters for good measure (#12 CTS).
The #3 pick goes to William Kincaid (Columbine HS) running for Nike blazed a 26:57.57 CTS #1 10000-meter time. That time is the #4 all-time American in that event!! He also had some other fast times, 3000 meters 7:42.75 (7:38.81PR) and 5000 meters 13:15.14 (12:51.61 PR, Indoor American Record).

Dylan Schubert, Thompson Valley HS/Furman U. #10 CTS Mile 3:58.38, #11 5000 meters 13:29.95. Micaylon Moore, Ft. Collins HS/Nebraska U. #2 CTS Triple Jump 54-0 1/2i, #4 Long Jump 25-9 1/2 +0.5w. Daniel Reynolds, Middle Park HS/Wyoming U. #2 Hammer Throw 226-11. Joel Nyatusah, Overland HS/Pittsburg State U. #7 CTS 110-meter hurdles 13.65 +1.7w, 13.47w +3.4w. Max Manson, Monarch HS/Washington U. #6 pole vault 18-1 1/4. Jack Shorten, Mountain View HS/Princeton U. #5 CTS Steeple Chase 8:29.84.
There were many others just outside the CTS After High School Colorado Top 10 Lists this year, just a good reason to check out the site.
