Colorado Athletes 6th Day Olympic Trials
In the Men’s Discus Throw at the 2021 Olympic Trials, Colorado Track & Field Star Mason Finley, Former Salida/Buena Vista high schooler won the event with a 206-11!! He is now on his way to the 2021 Olympic Games!! Finley is also #1 in the Colorado Track Stats High School Shot Put and Discus Throw as well as the After HS List and Colorado Soil Lists. Another man who is ranked on the Colorado Soil List, #1 in the 2-Mile (8:35.83), #3 5000 meters (13:42.92), #8 Steeple (9:01.84), #15 Mile (4:05.63), Hillary Bor now running for Hoka One One is going to the big show in Tokyo, by running 8:21.34 and winning the Steeple.
